Technology removed the gate and distribution is open. Anyone can reach an audience now. Access isn’t the barrier anymore: structure, quality and execution are.

What started as a podcast in a garage became a repeatable system. Every mistake forced a fix. Over time, those fixes became systems. What began as survival turned into a model.

Today, BackChat Group operates more than 25 shows, multiple studios and commercial setups across two states. We didn’t hoard what we had learned. We built a way of doing it others could step into.
